The Hamburg Police report that on July 30 at about 2:54 a.m. an arrest was made for Driving Under the Influence. This stems from a traffic stop was made in the area of State Street and Front Street. During this traffic stop Corderal Maple-Tingle, age 27 of Hamburg, was taken for legal blood for suspected DUI. Charges pending the results of a blood test.
The Hamburg Police report that on Aug. 3 at about 7:10 p.m. two arrests were made for Disorderly Conduct. This stems from a physical altercation that occurred in the area of N. 4th Street and State Street. At this time Mark Dietrich, age 27 of Hamburg, and Charles Selesky, age 45 of Hamburg, entered into a physical confrontation that ended with both being cited for their conduct.
The Hamburg Police report that on Aug. 2 at about 12:32 a.m. an arrest was made for Driving Under the Influence. This stems from a crash that occurred in the area of N. 3rd Street and Port Clinton Avenue. Austin Simpson, age 25 of Hamburg, was suspected of driving under the influence when he crashed into several parked cars in the area. Simpson was arrested and taken for legal blood. Charges pending the results of the blood test.
