State Police Reading reported that the Reading Station will be conducting a stationary Driving Under the Influence check point in Berks County at an undisclosed location within the next two weeks. This enforcement effort is aimed at detecting and removing drug and alcohol impaired motorists from the roadway within this Commonwealth. The Pennsylvania State Police will continue to utilize both stationary and roving DUI enforcement details in an effort to reduce the number of injuries, deaths and property damage attributed to impaired drivers.
