During a Morhsville home invasion and burglary on Sept. 13, one victim was assaulted with hammers and blunt objects, as well as stabbed multiple times.
State Police Hamburg report a burglary and aggravated assault occurred at 10 a.m. Two men forced entry into a Mohrsville home. The residents were held against their will. One victim arrived home and was assaulted by the suspects who struck him several times with hammers and various blunt objects, as well as stabbed him multiple times using knives.
The suspects removed items from the home and fled the scene.
The assaulted victim was transported to Reading Hospital for injuries sustained during the incident.
