Fleetwood Borough Police Chief Steven Stinsky reports that an orange 2006 Corvette convertible was parked and unattended in the parking lot of Klinger’s at 24 East Main St., Fleetwood.
Between 3 and 4 p.m. a dark colored Nissan Titan pickup truck backed out of a space and into the parked vehicle. The left rear corner of the truck struck the right rear quarter panel of the parked Corvette.
A witness reported the subject got out of the truck, looked at the damage and drove off. A list of suspect vehicles has been developed and is being reviewed. Still photographs of the fleeing vehicle and the suspects are posted on the Fleetwood Police Facebook page.
The subjects spoke of attending a sporting clays event in the Lehigh Valley area.
