State Police Hamburg issued a felony warrant for arrest for Seth Breon, 33, of Shoemakersville, at 2 p.m. on Oct. 3, for allegedly stealing tools and copper from Francis L. Werley Inc. in Windsor Township.
According to State Police Hamburg, Francis L. Werley Inc., Hamburg, reported to police that Breon was employed by Francis L. Werley Inc. for less than one week. After some fraudulent purchases were made by Breon, and a large amount of copper went missing, the manager fired Breon.
The manager then requested Breon to return his assigned work van to the business. After the van was returned, the manager found the van had more than $4,000 of tools missing.
The manager contacted Breon, who said he had stolen the tools, and that he would return them the following day. The tools were never returned to the manager.
Breon had also taken stolen copper to a recycling yard while operating his assigned work van, according to police.
