Ryan Vargo, the son of Michael and Diana Vargo, of Boy Scout Troop 129 recently completed his Eagle Scout Project. He removed old playground equipment from a church in Stowe, refurbished it and built a completely new playground at Hollenbach Park on N. Hanover Street in Upper Pottsgrove.
