State Police Hamburg seek suspects for retail theft at Cabela’s in Hamburg.
State Police report that on Oct. 9 at about 5:30 p.m., four people walked into Cabela’s Retail Store in Tilden Township and removed items from the store without paying. Asset protection attempted to apprehend the individuals, and followed a man, photographed on surveillance wearing a black Nanticoke sweatshirt and camouflaged Under Armour baseball cap, to a white Chevrolet Blazer in the parking lot. The suspect fled the scene in the vehicle.
The vehicle was found abandoned in a nearby business parking lot with stolen items inside.
State Police Hamburg are attempting to identify the man and woman photographed. Anyone with information is urged to contact Trooper Brian Cipko, PSP-Hamburg Criminal Investigations Unit, at 610-562-6885.
