What do Collegeville, Limerick, and Schwenksville all have in common? Quite a bit, but here’s a twist you might not expect. All of them have an eatery with a mentalist who entertains their guests on a recurrent basis. Da Vinci’s Pub in Collegeville, Copperfield Inn at Lakeside in Limerick, and Woodside Lodge in Schwenksville are restaurants that all hire a mentalist named Jesse Dameron to entertain customers. He combines demonstrations of mind reading, influences thoughts with the power of suggestion and subliminal tools, performs psychological illusions, and reads palms. In reference to the restaurants, Dameron had this to say. “I’ve had a couple customers ask if any of romantic relationships were tough in life because I’d know what they’re thinking. Haha.”
Dameron is an alum of Montgomery County Community College who attended the Pottstown Campus and formerly tutored there. He’s performed for other many other events in the area. Recent examples include Annual Red Corner Benefit in Douglassville (and did for the past 3 years) and Wolfpack Fights Cancer 8th Annual Benefit (held at Perkiomen Valley Sportsman’s Association in Collegeville).
When asked if there are any other events in the general Pottstown area coming up, he replied “I’ll be messing with minds at a Pottstown Rotary Club meeting and doing a show for Dr. Richard P. Whittaker Passenger Platform. Both events will be hosted at Brookside Country Club in Pottstown.”
If you’re looking for something to break free from the mundane, a “somewhat mystical” experience at one of the aforementioned eateries might be a hit with your family and friends.
