A car struck an embankment, flipped over onto its roof and was then struck by a tractor trailer on Interstate 78 in Greenwich Township on Dec. 6.
State Police Hamburg report that at 6:33 p.m. on Dec. 6, Abu Mohammed, 23, Bronx, N.Y., was driving westbound in the right lane on I-78, Greenwich Township, at mile marker 38.6, when his 2013 Mercedes-Benz 250 traveled from the right lane and struck an embankment along the right shoulder. The car then flipped onto its roof into the right lane and was struck by a tractor trailer.
Both drivers and the passenger in the car were not injured.
Mohammed will be cited for not driving at a safe speed.
