A free Linoleum Printmaking Workshop will be held at Kutztown University Library on Thursday afternoon, April 20. Beginners to advanced are welcome!
The STEAMworks makerspace hosts a free, all-materials-provided workshop with instructor Casey Vanatta, an accomplished printmaker. You’ll have access to all the tools and materials to carve your own block, ink it, and to make prints to take home.
Workshop location is Rohrbach Library of Kutztown University in Room 18. Seats are limited, so pre-registration required at http://library.kutztown.edu/linocut.
After the workshop you’ll have the know-how & techniques to make quality prints on your own. Feel free to bring special paper you want to print on, as well as any pictures (digital or physical) you might like to work with.
