The Hamburg Community Wildlife Habitat Committee of Our Town Foundation is holding its 6th annual Garden Tour on Saturday, June 17 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Gardens in Hamburg Borough, Perry Township and Tilden Township will feature raised bed gardens, sculpture garden, koi ponds, pollinator gardens, hanging baskets, vegetable gardens and bee hives. One gardener has a fire pit and will offer its use for making s’mores.

The tour begins and ends at the Hamburg Park pavilion at the corner of Island and Second Streets where those attending can obtain their tour guide and light refreshments. Door prizes will be drawn at 1:30 p.m. at the pavilion; however, you need not be there at that time to win. Literature on pollinator plant list as well as seeds will be distributed on a first come first served basis.

Tickets can be purchased the day of the tour for $6. Advanced tickets are also available for $5 at Our Town Foundation, 335 State Street and at the State Farm Office, 124 S. 3rd Street, both in Hamburg. For additional information contact Kay at 610-562-4329.
