Good Shepherd Physical Therapy – Kutztown celebrated its move to a new, larger location by holding a wellness event for the public on May 31 from 3 to 7 p.m. The new site is located at Weis Plaza, 15260 Kutztown Road, Suite 170 in Kutztown and is one of more than 60 facilities in nine Pennsylvania counties operated by Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network.
“The Wellness Event at our new location in Kutztown was a huge success. Approximately 180 people from the community took tours of the new facility, spoke with our therapists and saw the new warm water therapy pool,” said Lynn S. Gerlach, Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network.
In addition to introducing the location’s new warm-water therapy pool, Good Shepherd – Kutztown staff offered several free health screenings, including blood pressure, carpal tunnel, stroke self-assessment, balance and fall risk assessment.
Good Shepherd Physical Therapy – Kutztown offers a full range of rehabilitation services for adults, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, aquatic therapy, hand therapy, balance and headache therapy.
