Three adults from Wycoff, NJ and Wayne, NJ were stopped at the Rock by Tilden Township Police and Hamburg Borough Police. All three adults were under the age of 21.
Once the officers arrived, they noticed an unconscious adult female lying on the ground near the Rock. They provided medical attention to the female. She eventually regained consciousness.
A Tilden Township Police Officer transported the female from the Rock to Lot 3 of the Kernsville Dam Recreation Area where they were met by personnel from Hamburg Ambulance and Hamburg Fire Company. The female signed a refusal of treatment.
Given that all three adults had been drinking alcohol, they were not permitted to drive their vehicle.
A local tow company took the vehicle and the three occupants back to NJ.
All three adults will be cited for underage drinking and Criminal Trespass.
