State Police from the Hamburg barracks investigated a potentially dangerous incident on Sept. 17 at which time two vehicles were struck by someone throwing rocks from the overpass onto vehicles travelling on Interstate 78 from Power Drive in Upper Tulpehocken Township.
Through the investigation, a second victim was identified.
On Sept. 19, three juveniles were charged through Berks County Juvenile Court. The juveniles were charged with propulsion of missiles, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and criminal mischief.
Damage amount estimated to be about $2,000.
No injuries were reported.
