The Dreibelbis Farm Historical Society will host a program by the Kutztown Area Scientific Paranormal Evidence Research group at the Historic Dreibelbis Farm in Virginville on Sunday, Oct. 29.

This unusual event is a public demonstration growing out of a private paranormal investigation by K.A.S.P.E.R. members. From 4:30 to 6:30 hayrides and bonfire. Refreshments will be offered. An explanation of paranormal research instruments and techniques will follow at 6:30, including a “live investigation demonstration.” Then, from 7:15 until 8:30 p.m., there’ll be more hayrides, refreshments, and fun at the bonfire.

The Dreibelbis Farm Historical Society is a non-profit organization whose mission is to preserve and protect the Historic Dreibelbis Farm and to make it available to the public for educational, historical, and environmental purposes.

The 170+ acre farm has been owned by the Dreibelbis family for over 240 years. Built in the 1860’s, the un-remodeled farmhouse has sparked the imagination and touched the “sensitivities” of a number of our visitors.

There is a $10 admission donation to benefit the historic farm and on-site parking is free. The event will be held rain or shine.

The Historic Dreibelbis Farm is located on Route 143 south of the village of Virginville. GPS Address: 356 Hard Hill Road, Hamburg, PA.
