Chestnut Knoll and guest speaker, Kellie Butsack, associate director programs, Alzheimer’s Association Delaware Valley Chapter, present an educational seminar focusing on “Effective Communication Strategies.”
During this seminar, you will learn how to understand the communication changes, decode the verbal and behavioral messages, and identify strategies to connect and communicate with your family member living with Alzheimer’s disease. On-site care is available for your loved one during the program, pre-assessment required.
