Jacob McGarryJacob is the son of Ms. Catherine Bleyer of Blandon. Jacob’s aspires to enter the medical field and pursue a career as a psychiatrist. Jacob has been involved in the following clubs at Fleetwood Area High School: Student Council, Mock Trial, Book Club, National History Day Club, Model UN, National Honor Society, and Magic Club along with being a class officer. Also, Jacob supports his community by dedicating his time to volunteer for Owen’s Rubber Duck Race and Benny’s Race along with spending time at the Keystone Villa. Jacob really admires Friedrich Lengfeld, a German lieutenant in World War II. He admires him because he was stationed in Huertgen Forest and heard a U.S. soldier repeatedly call for help from No-Man’s Land. Despites being enemies of the war, Lengfeld was compelled to help another human in need, even amidst the madness of war, he trekked across the minefield to save unknown enemy. Sadly, he stepped on a mine and died of his wounds.

Jenna MasenheimerJenna is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Timothy Masenheimer of Fleetwood. Jenna’s future plans include attending college for Music Technology and eventually owning a theater performance hall. Jenna has been involved in the following clubs/activities at Fleetwood Area High School: Band, Chorus, Orchestra, Marching Band, Wind Ensemble, Women’s Chorus, Choraliers, String Ensemble, Cadillacs, Theater, Student Council, Mock Trial, Future Business Leaders of America, Fellowship of Christian Students, Artifact, Relay for Life, Magic Club and class activities. Also, Jenna has dedicated herself to the community by being actively involved in volunteering throughout the community in Fleetwood Community Theater, Outstanding Young Woman Competition, Reading Community Players, and Reading Civic Theater. One person Jenna really admires is her orchestral director, Sarah Shuey. Jenna states that Ms. Shuey goes above and beyond for her students at Fleetwood Area High School by making sure the stage and music itself is a welcoming place through her considerate nature and patience.
