“A light coating of fluffy snow had just fallen and a northbound freight was headed my way into Leesport,” Reimer said. “I happened to be at the right place at the right time I suppose.”
Shortly after he took the picture, he posted it to the Reading Blue Mountain and Northern Railroad Facebook page and received a number of comments including one to submit it for calendar consideration.
“I’m thrilled with the shot and to be included in the calendar,” Reimer added.
Reimer is a regular contributing photographer to Berks-Mont Newspapers.
