Digital First MediaOn Tuesday, Dec. 19, Daniel Boone Area High School’s Future Business Leaders of America took 18 students to the regional leadership workshop hosted by Alvernia University. Students competed in a variety of events demonstrating their understanding of the demands of the business world that await them after graduation from High School and College.

The following students will be competing at the state competition in April: Trisha Bhatt, Demitria Kishbaugh, Emily Konchan, Madison Okkerse, Madelyn Levy, Theodore Okkerse, and Fantasia Sherman. The following students also qualified for State competition: Luis Barrales, Jr., Brad DeMild, Breana McNamara, Zoe Sweet. Others finished in the top five: Cole Reinert, Scott Schilling and Christine Kelly. Griffin Adams and Johnny Berry will get results for their Mobile App Develpment in January. Also competing were Amber Bertolette and Madelyn Knerr. All are pictured in the photo.
