Chestnut Knoll Personal Care and Memory Care is pleased to invite the public to a free Alzheimer’s Association Support Group on Thursday, Jan. 18 from 6:30-8 p.m. to learn more about caring for your senior loved ones living with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease.

This month’s meeting will be focused on “Caring for Dementia-A Caregivers Toolkit,” presented by Certified Senior Advisor Jodie Daniels. She is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and Licensed Personal Care Administrator with many years of personal experience as a caregiver for her parents. Join Chestnut Knoll to learn how to get your “caregiver toolkit” together for the New Year and find community resources than can help you and your loved one.

The Alzheimer’s Association Support Group, affiliated with the Alzheimer’s Association, Delaware Valley Chapter, is held on the third Thursday of each month. Light refreshments are served to those attending.

The Alzheimer’s Association Support Group is free and open to the public. Care is provided to loved ones while the caregiver is in the meeting, pre-assessment required. If your loved one needs care during the meeting, please RSVP by calling 610-473-8066.
