Slick roads cause crashes in Hamburg Friday: truck strikes bridge; vehicle strikes school bus

Slick road conditions due to snow and ice lead to poor driving conditions early in the morning in Hamburg on March 9. Hamburg Borough Police responded after a pickup truck slid on ice and struck a bridge overpass and responded to another accident scene after a car slid head on into a school bus.

Hamburg Borough Police Chief Anthony Kuklinski reported that on Friday morning, March 9, Hamburg Police responded to a one vehicle crash on Route 61 northbound in the area of the Schuylkill River Overpass bridge.
