Organizing your business and co-working are topics for the next breakfast meetings hosted by Northeast Berks Chamber of Commerce.

Vali Heist, certified professional organizer, will be the keynote speaker at the April 20 meeting held at East Penn Manufacturing Conference Center, Lyons Station. The agenda also includes a student recognition program and a nonprofit partner presentation from Life’s Choices, Kutztown.

Anne Kirby, founder of the Candy Factory in Lancaster, will be featured as the keynote speaker at the May 18 meeting held at the Lyons Fire Company on May 18.

Heist, owner of The Clutter Crew in Mohnton since 2006, is the author of “Organize This! Practical Tips, Green Ideas, and Ruminations about your CRAP”. CRAP stands for Clutter that Robs Anyone of Pleasure. She inspires homeowners and small businesses to organize their best life at home and in the workplace. Her goal is to create and share short and long-term organizing solutions with each client and each reader.

Kirby loves all things design – from websites and online marketing to logos and beautiful print pieces. As a world-renowned multi-tasker, she is also the founding member of the sweet core, The Candy Factory & Groundworks, Lancaster’s premier co-working space and home to more than 60 coworkers. She also manages The Arch, a new art collective in Lancaster. Building a strong community and collaboration is her mission.

“Co-working is my passion and I’m thankful each day to be surrounded by such wonderful people. The Candy Factory brings people together, helps us get work done and saves us from isolation. It’s truly wonderful,” said Kirby.

All meetings are open to the public. There is a charge. Register online at www.northeastberkschamber.com/programs/breakfast-program/.
