In January, students in the Agriculture Leadership capstone course at Twin Valley High School, participated in an international conference, GLAG (Global Learning in Agriculture), now in its 4th year. Students were able to sample items from the “conference in a box,” fun items like candies from other countries, stickers, two books and other items donated by various participants and only given to the first 50 registrants. Participants came from all over the U.S. and several other countries. Various presenters focused on how to develop more globally-minded students in agriculture.
