BOYERTOWN >> East Philadelphia Avenue in downtown Boyertown will be closed to traffic between Chestnut and Washington streets on Saturday, April 21, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. to help celebrate spring.

Walk the historic downtown, and enjoy artisanal crafters, open air food vendors, community organizations, moon bounce, games, activities and much more.

Building A Better Boyertown hosts a series of community events on the third Saturday of the month.

Building A Better Boyertown’s Annual Coming Out of Hibernation will hit the streets of Boyertown on April 21 rain or shine. There will be more than 40 vendors set-up on East Philadelphia Avenue, a hot-dog eating contest, games and moon bounce for a day of fun for the whole family.

This year’s sponsors are BB&T, Dan Albert of State Farm, Diamond Credit Union, Denney Electric Supply, Pottstown Hospital Tower Health, Mack Party Pros, Bally Saving Bank and Carr Chiropractic and Wellness, LLC.
