More than 200 students at Greenwich Elementary School joined in the Berks County Rocks movement on June 8.

Students in kindergarten to 5th grade painted two rocks each. One rock will be used to decorate the school property and the other rock was labeled and will be hidden by the student around the community for Berks County Rocks.

The teachers and PTO at Greenwich came together to plan this event. The PTO donated the paints and brushes. The rocks were donated by Creekside Property Services in Kutztown.

Older students helped younger students, as parent volunteers and school staff also assisted with the painting.

The students are excited to spread their kindness to their community.
