Join the Kutztown Community Library on Aug. 13 as they host a bus trip to the Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies’ sports stadiums.

The trip starts with a guided tour of Lincoln Financial Field, home of the 2018 Super Bowl Champions; the Philadelphia Eagles. Visitors will tour the playing field as well as the Eagles Locker Room, the post-game Interview Room, the Press Box, the Broadcast Booth and a guest suite.

Next up is a stop to Citizens Bank Park, one of the top fields in Major League Baseball and home to the Philadelphia Phillies. The tour includes the Phillies’ Dugout, the Diamond Club, the Hall of Fame Club, the Media Room and the Broadcast Booth. Both stadium tours include time for browsing the gift shops.

Participants will have lunch at McFadden’s Restaurant & Pub. Opening its doors in 2004, McFadden’s is the go-to place for Phillies sports fans. You can order your favorite meal off the affordable menu. Lunch is not included in the price of the trip.

Departure for the trip is at 8 a.m. with a return time of approximately 6 p.m. This is a rain or shine tour. Wear comfortable shoes, as the trip includes a lot of walking, and dress for the weather.

Price of ticket includes all admissions, bus fare and the drivers tip. As a reminder, lunch is not included in the price of the trip. There are limited seats available. All proceeds will benefit the Friends of the Library.
