Rich Zuber, owner of Richard A. Zuber Realty, treated his agents and staff to lunch and a two-hour ride on the Colebrookdale Railroad during the annual organization meeting.

“I’m always looking for creative ways to treat the agents and staff of Zuber Realty,” noted owner Richard A. Zuber. “I’m grateful for the uncommon service our people provide to their clients in their search for their dream home, apartment or commercial property or in their task of selling a property efficiently with as little stress as necessary,” he continued.

“The dedication of the Colebrookdale Railroad’s volunteers is incredibly inspiring and represents the kind of care offered by our agents and staff in their work. I’m always inspired by quality service,” Zuber concluded.

The banquet lunch was served in the railroad’s restored and historically appointed dining car. Before boarding, Colebrookdale Railroad volunteers offered details about the railroad’s history and restoration along with plans for its future developments.

Following lunch Zuber provided updates concerning the organization, welcomed new agents, and reminded the group of the importance of stepping back to create ways to tie the “new” to older, successful procedures toward continued success.

Zuber reviewed the philosophy and mission of the agency, reminding the group that 80 percent of their clients were a result of successful previous transactions. He stressed the importance of agents who took calls and made contacts during their office time, attended weekly sales meetings and caravans to view properties for sale, held Open Houses of listed properties, and were actively involved in community projects and organizations.

He also stressed the organization’s helpfulness in acquainting new hires with the history and successful journey the agency has fostered over 45 years since its inception. Known for the family-like atmosphere and support for independence and flexibility, Zuber Realty provides agents with training and professional development.

Zuber took the time to acknowledge those involved with the agency over 36 years. Connie Dolansky and Carol Wozniak received the longevity awards.

Brian Gilbert was acknowledged as the top-selling agent for the 23rd year in a row. Randy Hughes’ head of TriCounty Plus Appraisal Services, was acknowledged for the experience and networking he brings to the job.

Keith Kline, Karl Stauffer, Carol Wozniak and Connie Dolansky received top producer awards. Paula Babb was lauded for her work in the property management dept.

Noting the constant changes in the insurance industry and the rise in insurance fraud, Zuber acknowledged the work of JoCarol Zuber and Colette Moyer.

Manatawny Land Transfer, the title division of the organization, received applause for the on-going communication needed in ensuring successful settlements for over 40 years.

In the Zuber Commercial Division, Zuber recognized the efforts of Adam Krisko and Gary Pace.

In addition to his rank as a top producer-ranking third in production this year-Karl Stauffer was also presented with the ‘Nine Lives Award’ from Zuber for having survived several serious medical conditions and yet still achieving his sales status.

In concluding his remarks, Zuber offered agents a promotional opportunity to order individualized postcards and encouraged the agents and staff to “focus on the fun,” saying, “Pass your success along to those who are just beginning. Let’s keep it going!”
