Reading Public Library is again sponsoring a “Girls Who Code” Club for young women in sixth through 12th grades. This free program is open to girls throughout Berks County who want to explore coding in a fun and friendly way. The club is part of the national “Girls Who Code” nonprofit organization that works to close the gender gap in technology.

The second 10-week program runs from Sept. 11 through Dec. 18 at the Teen Loft, Main Library, 100 S. Fifth Street, Reading. The free sessions are at 4 p.m. Space is limited and registration is required.
