St. Joseph Regional Health Network sets Alzheimer’s talks for Exeter Township

St. Joseph Regional Health Network at Shelbourne Square in Exeter Township will host community talks on wellness and Alzheimer’s Disease in the coming months, beginning with “New Year’s Resolutions! Healthy Eating and Weight Management” on January 13 at 1 p.m. Presenter is Rebecca Despins, a dietitian.

Other Wellness Workshops: Feb. 10: So many prescriptions! Medication Safety Presented by Dr. Christopher Walsh, a pharmacist.

March 10: Do you really know what you’re eating? Reading and Understanding Food Labels, presented by Registered Dietitian Lizzy Wentzel

April 14: Safe Driving for Seniors Presented by Berks County AAA

Feb. 24: Memory Loss, Dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease: The Basics

The Alzheimer talks are presented in association with the Alzheimer’s Association – Delaware Valley Chapter.

All talks start at 1 p.m. and are free of charge. They will be held at St. Joseph Regional Health Network, Exeter/Shelbourne Square, 5438 Perkiomen Ave., Exeter Township.
