On Wednesday, Dec. 3, awards for the Downtown Pottstown Halloween Window Decorating were issued at Pottstown’s Committee of the Whole Meeting.
Sixteen windows were decorated in an effort to raise money for Pottstown’s Halloween Parade. Four awards were issued.
The Most Artistic trophy went to The O’Rourke family: Michelle, Christian and Abigale. The People’s Choice award was given to the Pottstown Roller Derby Rockstars. Honorable Mention went to Jaelyn Kennedy, a 7th grader from Pottstown Middle School. And finally, a Certificate of Excellence was issued to Sarah Kulp a Daniel Boone 9th grader.
