25th Anniversary Indoor Mini Golf: Nov. 14 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tickets on sale now for the final fund raising event of our 25th anniversary. Join us to play mini golf in the Fleetwood Community Center gym, have pictures with a Sesame Street character between 10 a.m. and noon and purchase food in the cafeteria afterwards. There will be basket raffles featuring Thirty-One products, a Dooney & Bourke handbag and much more.

Thanksgiving Closing: Wednesday, Nov. 25 the library will close early at 5 p.m. and will be closed all day Thursday, Nov. 26 and Friday, Nov. 27. The library will reopen on Saturday, Nov. 28 at 9 a.m.

Benefit Auction: Saturday, Dec. 12. On-site auction by Pook & Pook Auctioneers. Enjoy a unique opportunity to bid on objects approved for deaccessioning by the board of trustees of the Berks History Center in a special on-site sale. Kutztown High School Leo ClubMostly Muttz Donations: At this time of year, when thoughts turn to charitable works, the Leo Club at KAHS asks you not to forget our furry friends! The club is once again assisting Mostly Muttz, an organization focused on saving the lives of healthy, adoptable mixed-breed dogs. The club is asking anyone who can to drop off the following items at the high school: canned food, treats/bones, blankets, dog clothing, unused/stainless food and water bowls, unused toys, leashes/collars, soap/shampoo and brushes/combs. Hunting for History along the Schuylkill River: with Kurt D. Zwikl, former executive director of the Schuylkill River Heritage Area. 7 p.m. Kempton Fire Company Social Hall, 2641 Route 143, Kempton. Nov. 2077th Annual Art Education Conference: Hosted by Kutztown University. 8:15 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Schaeffer Auditorium. “Exploring Time-Based Media: Strategies for Developing Narratives” will be this year’s theme, and the conference will showcase speakers and workshops from all academic levels including K-12 art teachers, university professors and other professional artists. Emma Ketterer’s Photography Show: A local girl who uses her love of photography to help her cope with the effects of Lyme Disease and POTS, Emma will display her photography 2 to 5 p.m. at Grace E.C. He has played at Musikfest, Mayfair, Godfrey Daniels Coffehouse and one of his songs was featured on NPR’s Car Talk. His mix of humourous songs and stories is interspersed with free medical advice.
