BCTC Culinary Arts team wins gold in food innovations

Berks Career and Technology Center Culinary Arts students Geoffrey Nagle, Boyertown High School student, and Autumn Schabener, Exeter High School student, won gold medals in Food Innovations at the FCCLA State Leadership Conference which made them advance to the National Leadership Conference in Atlanta, GA. They re-invented PA Dutch pot pie using FCCLA guidelines to create their version of the dish.
