We place the health, happiness and well-being above all else, and our ultimate goal is to find the best match for the cat and adopting family through screening and discussion. One By One does not receive any local, state or federal funding – we exist on donations from the public! Needed: Volunteers to work 2 hours a week at One By One Shelter in Kutztown. Great interaction with wonderful cats!
