Anthony Morris Perot, 77, of Elverson, Pa., died April 29, 2014 while a resident of Tel Hai Retirement Community in Honey Brook, Pa.
Born May 3, 1936 in Abington, Pa., he was the son of the late T. Morris Perot, III and Jocelyn Baker Perot of Flourtown, Pa.
Tony was most recently the owner of Compuaid and Elverson Sales and Service, in Elverson, Pa. After graduating from Proctor Academy he headed for Champlain College, where he earned a degree in Business Administration. After college, he joined the Army and served at Camp Wolters in Mineral Wells, Texas. He worked for the Fidelity Bank in Philadelphia before moving to Elverson, Pa., in 1979 to start Elverson Sales and Service. While living and working in Elverson, Tony served for 27 years with the Elverson Fire Company as an ambulance driver and with the fire police.
He is survived by his son, A. Morris Perot, Jr, his wife Jennifer K. Perot and their two children, Robert M. Perot and Elizabeth B. Perot, of Lititz, Pa. His daughter, Jocelyn P. Bailey and her husband Chad J. Bailey reside in Lewisburg, Pa. He is also survived by his former wife, Sally M. Dixon of Malvern, Pa.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday May 3, at 3 p.m. in the Chapel of the Tel Hai Retirement Community, 3100 Tel Hai Circle, Honey Brook, Pa.
