A popular treat during the Easter season is peanut butter eggs covered in milk chocolate.

Many confectionary treats often use dairy products as part of the recipe. Milk’s powerful nutrient package of calcium, plus eight other essential nutrients, helps nourish your body, not just your bones. Dairy is irreplaceable in the diet as a source of essential nutrients so receiving your three servings of dairy everyday is important.
