Dear Editor:I appreciate this venue to thank Goin’ Postal and particularly Christine Malcom.
I am a senior citizen and use the computer without expertise skills. I thought I was a “cool grandma” when I ordered online. The difficulty was I couldn’t bring up the correct return label with return postage included.
Christine took her valuable work time and not only used her computer to get my label, she printed it, secured it to my package and sent it to UPS. Goin’ Postal didn’t receive mailing dollars for this order. Christine did this from the goodness of her heart and really helped me with my frustration.
I highly recommend doing your postal business with Goin’ Postal in Morgantown. Their service is outstanding!
