S. Grace Chayson, of Pottstown, died Feb. 8, 2010 in the Pottstown Memorial Medical Center.
Born in Boyertown, she was the daughter of the late Alvin G. Mutter and the late Dorthy P. (Spohn) Mutter-Miller.
Grace was a 1949 Boyertown High School graduate. She was involved in the Pottstown Golden Sage Program with the Pottstown School District.
She was a data processor at Misty Lingerie, Boyertown, until closing, then working as a sales clerk fro Stanley G. Flagg, Pottstown, for many years until her retirement.
Grace is survived by three daughters; Theresa C., wife of David Yerrington, of Gilbertsville; Constance M., wife of Robert Hood, of Saint Michaels, Md.; and Michele N. Chayson, of Pottstown. A son, Edward A., husband of Lisa Chayson, of Pottstown; one grandson, Mark D. Yerrington, of Syracuse, N.Y.
She was predeceased by a brother, Alvin ‘Sonny’ Mutter and a half brother, Ernest Mutter.
All services are private.
