ROCKLAND TWP, Oct. 10 - State Police Trooper William Binion II investigated the burglary report that was received on Oct. 10 at 8:47 a.m. The victims, a 79-year-old male and 75-year-old female, both from Fleetwood, reported that a burglary had occurred at their Crestview Drive residence in Rockland Township.

The Hay Creek Apple festival is one of three major festivals Joanna Furnace hosts. The other festivals include the fall festival in September and Christmas festival in December.

The board's vote a zoning violation issued by the borough's head zoning officer that could have shut down the STORIFY <![CDATA[$41 million needed to fix Boone schools]]> The results of the recent Daniel Boone School District Capital Reserve Study indicate that $41 million is needed the next 20 years to keep all district buildings operational.

Facilities Committee Chairperson Tamara D. Twardowski delivered the news at the school board's Oct. 13 Committee of the Whole meeting.

This screening will consist of two very brief questions that callers will be asked to assess risk for this potentially infectious illness.

The troop will continue its efforts at the Boyertown Parade this Saturday, collecting canned goods.

Formed in 1934, the original Troop 36 was sponsored by the Gilbertsville Fire Company. In 1939, Gilbertsville Sunday School began sponsoring them.

Dairy Queen announced in a press release that the credit card systems at numerous locations nationwide, and one Orange Julius location, were infected with the Backoff malware, suspected as the cause of other data breaches at U.
