Kutztown Grange held their Community Night in April. That night, they honored their Granger of the Year Nancy Sattazahn, the lecturer of the grange. Membership awards were also presented. A Community Service Award was given to IHartHarvest, Inc. for the Potato Project started by Walt Zawaski, who had a vision to help the hungry. Last year they raised more than 200,000 pounds of potatoes for the Berks County food banks. Entertainment was provided by Days of Olde. Door prizes and refreshments were enjoyed.
