Are you originally from the area?
I grew up in Glenside, Pa. I currently live in the West End of Allentown
How long did you serve as principal of New Hanover Upper Frederick Elementary?
I was principal of NHUF for four years
Is there a special moment or a comment about that experience that you’d like to share with the community?
I will never forget the time I worked on the roof! I challenged the students to raise a certain amount of money during Race for Education and they did! So we moved my desk up to the roof and I worked from there! It was so hot that day that I was happy when the students and teachers brought out water balloons and super soakers!
How do you feel about transitioning to the high school?
I am excited to embark on this new endeavor. I am looking forward to seeing how much the students have grown.
What will your main goal be? / What do you hope to accomplish?
I hope to accomplish what every educator does- that every student reaches his or her fullest potential both academically and socially
What are you looking forward to the most?
I am looking forward to working with this wonderful group of Boyertown students and staff.
