At the recent Hamburg Rotary meeting, Rev. Randy Bond accepted a check for the food Pantry, Jean Yurkonis received a check for the Salvation Army and Derek Leibensperger accepted a check for the King Frost Parade from President Titus Miller. Proceeds from the Annual golf tournament were given back to the community. Miller also presented a check to Tilden Elementary Center guidance counselor Audrey Arms and principal Lacie Cucciuffo to support the Girls On The Run program. The money pays for the running partners’ fees for the 12 girls in the program this semester.
Cory Etchberger presented the program explaining the CMSGT Richard L. Etchberger Foundation. The foundation gives scholarships for Leadership and Service to deserving students. It also assists Air Force Families. Keith Philips was the program chairperson.
