Shartlesville Lions Club presents Pennsylvania Lions Fellowship in honor of late Lion

The Shartlesville Lions Club presented a Pennsylvania Lions Fellowship to Betty Riegel in honor of her late husband Lion Vincent Riegel. He was a Lion for 54 years, from October 1959 through February 14. 2014. Fellow Lions remembered him as being very involved, whether it was serving pancakes at breakfasts, helping with the club’s chicken barbecue, attending conventions or that “he liked parades” and played trumpet in the Centerport Band. Club president Peggy Seitzinger, left, presented the award to Lion Riegle as her son, Carey Riegle, also a Shartlesville Lions Club member, stood with her.
