The yearly occurrence of February typically brings a cringing recollection of Texas Ranger Laboeuf, as New Year’s Resolutions escape our grasp like Tom Chaney. The draw of resolutions, like the draw of catching Chaney, is the tantalizing promise of success. Why, then, does the University of Scranton say that only 8% of all resolutions are achieved? I propose it is because too many try alone. Much like catching Tom Chaney, success comes with friends and partners. If your New Year’s Resolution involves fitness and exercise, Elverson Fitness Club is hosting a perfect event to acclimate you to group fitness, where you can find friends and partners to help you achieve your fitness goals.

On Saturday, January 10th, Elverson Fitness Club will introduce the newly revamped Les Mills classes for 2015. Les Mills classes are internationally renowned group fitness workouts with a big and loyal following at Elverson Fitness Club. For 2015, Les Mills is releasing new music with new moves for the classes. Join your Elverson Fitness Club instructors as they guide you through workouts all morning long!
