For the first time in the sport’s history, NASCAR will live-stream an in-car cameras on Twitter for all 10 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series Playoffs races in 2017, NASCAR announced today.
Beginning with the first race of the NASCAR Playoffs at Chicagoland Speedway, NASCAR will provide fans a unique look from inside the race car with a live camera stream that can be accessed via its official Twitter handle, @NASCAR, and NASCAR.twitter.com.
Fans can watch the full broadcast of the race at Chicagoland, Sunday, September 17 at 3 p.m. ET on NBCSN, NBCSports.com and the NBC Sports app.
On the same screen of the live stream, fans will find a real-time curated timeline of Tweets that capture the best of the NASCAR live conversation.
“Through the in-car camera live stream on Twitter, our fans will have another compelling vantage point of the NASCAR Playoffs, where the energy and intensity of stage racing will be elevated to a whole new level,” said Steve Phelps, Executive Vice President and Chief Global Sales and Marketing Officer, NASCAR. “To provide this level of access on Twitter throughout the 10-week playoffs is a fantastic way to complement the viewing experience on NBC Sports and the NBC Sports app.”
The NASCAR Playoffs live stream will be accessible for free for logged-in and logged-out users in the United States via NASCAR’s official Twitter handle and connected devices. Real-time race highlights will also be available on @NASCAR, offering fans additional ways to follow the playoffs at home or on the go.
Leading up to the first playoffs race, NASCAR will debut individual Twitter emojis and hashtags for all 16 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series Playoffs drivers, available to Twitter users until each driver is eliminated from championship contention.

It is the final night of points for the 2017 season and the Bridgeport Champions will be determined on this night in the Spirit Auto Center Big Block Modifieds, Stewart Stainless Crate/Sportsman and PennCo Tech Outlaw Stocks.
It is the final Bike Night of the 2017 season.
K&A Excavating and Billy Pauch will host Fan Appreciation Night for all Billy Pauch fans out there.
Over the years, Pauch has hosted an open house at his race shop and invited the public in for the day – giving his fans the opportunity to view his set-up, his race cars, his accomplishments as well as giving people a chance to talk to the driver himself. This year, electing not to campaign on a weekly basis, Pauch still wanted to reach out to his fans and show his appreciation.
“We wanted to do something for our fans where they can come and hang out,” Pauch explained. Pauch and longtime sponsor, K&A Excavating, approached Bridgeport Speedway to accommodate this special event.
Fans can come out early to see the Pauch No.15 on display. The grandstand gates will open an hour early(4:30pm) to allow fans plenty of time to enjoy this day. They will have the opportunity to talk to Pauch, pose for pictures, collect some autographs and purchase some brand new official Billy Pauch apparel.
Any fan that wears a Billy Pauch shirt to the track will receive a $5 discount off Bridgeport’s general admission, compliments of Billy Pauch and K&A Excavating. If you don’t have a shirt, you can still buy one at the main gate and receive the discount on your admission.
Pauch will compete when racing action gets underway at 7pm. The three track champions will be determined on this final night of the 2017 Points. All three divisions are being tightly contested. Ryan Watt, Rick Laubach and Dominick Buffalino will battle it out to the checkered flag to determine the 2017 Bridgeport Speedway Big Block Champion. Brian Papiez, Matt Stanlge, Eric Kormann and Roger Manning will each play a role in determining the 2017 Crate/Sportsman title while Tom Wills, Jr., Brian Ludwig, Jeff Dirkes, Jeramy Doerr and John Parker will have something to say about the outcome of the 2017 Outlaw Stock season.
Motorcyclists will be admitted free. The motorcycles will be on display behind the main grandstand. Awards will be given in several categories to bike owners.
And on September 16th Pauch Sr and Jr will be participating in the $30,000 to win Freedom 76 Modified Classic at Grandview Speedway paying at least $30,000 to win.
