Indian Valley Public Library: The Indian Valley Beer Fest is held 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. July 27 at 100 E. Church Ave., Telford. XFinity Live: On July 20 from 2 to 6 p.m. Xfinity Live hosts "Summerfest Live!", a beer festival with a 10-foot volleyball court; games like cornhole, ladderball and putterball; free airbrushed tees and tanks; Victory beer samplings and more at 1100 Pattison Ave., Philadelphia. Cool off with unlimited sampling of 175+ beers from more than 100 breweries while enjoying live music throughout the day. Norristown Farm Park: Meet the park's beekeeper July 21, learn some basic bee biology and how you can help the honey bee at home. Participants in a free program for ages 5 and up will see an observation hive and the equipment used for beekeeping, plus taste some honey. Peddler’s Village: The Bluegrass and Blueberries Festival is held 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. July 20-21. The weekend will include blueberry-themed food and beverages, live music, food trucks and kids’ activities. Admission and parking are free. Snipes Farm and Education Center: The Bucks County Blues Society's 37th annual R&B Picnic happens 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. July 20 at the farm on Route 1 south in Morrisville. Featured performers include singer/songwriter and harmonica player Memphis Grease, John Nemeth & the Blues Dreamers, The Reverend Peyton's Big Damn Band, Regina Bonelli & the True-Groove All-stars, Slim & the Perkolators, Lisa Chavous & the Philadelphia Blues Messengers and Shakey Lyman. Upper Darby Performing Arts Center: Upper Darby Summer Stage brings beloved Dr. Seuss characters to the stage in "Seussical Jr." at 10:30 a.m. July 19 at  601 N. Lansdowne Ave., Drexel Hill. More fireworks

Longwood Gardens: A "The Piano Men" "Fireworks and Fountains" show featuring music by Billy Joel and Elton John starts at 9:15 p.m. July 20. You'll need to bring your own seating. And because these shows often sell out, it's recommended that you get your tickets in advance at www.longwoodgardens.org. Longwood is near the intersection of Routes 1 and 52, Kennett Township.
