Anne R. Leukus, 93, Spring Township, died Dec. 29, 2008, in Berkshire Center.Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Anthony A. and Frances (Myslinski) Leukus.

She was a graduate of St. Peter's High School in 1933.

Anne was employed by F.W. Woolworth Co., Reading, for more than 50 years, retiring as the human resource manager.

She was a member of St. Ignatius Roman Catholic Church, Whitfield, and was formerly a member of St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, Reading.

Anne is survived by her sister, Mary A. Leukus, Berkshire Center; her niece, Elizabeth A., wife of Edward Nierle; and two nephews, Raymond A. Jr., husband of Christine Leukus, and Andrew A., husband of Cynthia Leukus.

Other survivors include three great-nieces, three great-nephews and eight great-great-nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by three brothers: Andrew, John and Raymond A.

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Saturday at 10 a.m. in St. Ignatius Loyola Church.
