The Turkey Trot fundraiser is being held in memory of Clifford Reigner, who was an avid sports enthusiast, athlete and long-time supporter of the Boyertown community and the sports program.
During his high school years, he earned varsity letters in football and track and field. As a supporter of Boyertown sports, he was a member of BAFA, instrumental in the building of the Boyertown football field/stadium and part of the Victory Mile and the Wellness Council of Boyertown.
One of his children's fondest memories of their father was going to the Boyertown High School football games on Thanksgiving Day. It was a tradition that they were sad to see end—and now they hope to launch a new tradition with the Turkey Trot. Bring your family and friends and join us for this fun event at the Boyertown Community Park.
The Wellness Council of Boyertown is a 501(c)(3) non-profit and has developed health-related programming and activities, including a Wellness Fair and Senior Walking Bingo. With your help and support, we will continue to bring programming to families and individuals in all areas of Wellness.
