Sunday school is at 9:15 a.m. Sept. 13 at 1 p.m., the Senior Citizens will have their meeting.

Their entertainment will be Bill Minnich.

Sept. 15, our talented members will have their Pennsylvania Dutch Comedy Dinner Theatre. Shows are at 2:15 and 6:15 p.m. Contact Carl Arner at 215-679-2668 if you are interested in show tickets.

Sept. 16, at 9:15 a.m. there will be a Mission Trip debriefing meeting for those who went on the mission trip.

Sept. 16, from 4 to 8 p.m. there will be a Youth Group meeting. It will start at 4 p.m. with Highway Cleanup.

Sept. 19 at 6 p.m. the Christian Kids Club will meet.

Sept. 19 is the start of the children's' choirs. Cherubs will be at 6 p.m.; Juniors will be at 7 p.m.; and the Teen choir/band will be at 7 p.m.

Bell Choir practice is held on Tuesdays at 7:30 p.m. Anyone interested in joining may call Gloria Adams at 610-845-2744.

St. Peter's Union Church

St. Peter's Union Church is located at 7863 St. Peters Rd., Macungie.

Salem Evangelical Congregational Church During our worship service this week we recognized June Weiskircher as our Lay Minister of the week. The greeters for the Traditional Service were Lawrence and Charlotte Sunday. The greeter for the Contemporary service was Peggie Rush. The sermon title was "The New Commandment" and based on the scripture 1 John 2:7-11.

The schedule at Salem Church for the week of Sept. 16th is as follows: Wednesday evening at 7 p.m., there will be bible studies for adults, Jr. High, and Sr. High youth, Friday at 9 a.m., there will be an adult bible study.

Longswamp United Church of Christ Longswamp United Church of Christ Youth Group will be sponsoring a Free Movie, "The Climb" and Live Music by Tom Post on Sept. 14.
