Darlene F. Fuller, 64 of Narvon died unexpectedly Saturday, August 8, at the Brandywine Hospital.

She was born in Sidney, N.Y. on August 21, 1944. She was the daughter of the late Truman and Ida (Houck) Backus. She was the wife of the late William J. Fuller, Jr.

Fuller was a clerk for Gunzenhauser's Auto Parts of Narvon and later for Les's Auto Savage of Honey Brook. She was a devoted mother and grandmother to her beloved family.

She was preceded in death by a son, William J. Fuller, III in February of 2006.

She is survived by her two daughters, Teresa Hohl of Reading and Patricia Huffman of Honey Brook; three sons, Daniel and Michael Fuller, both of Honey Brook, and Jeff Hubbard of Sanford, Fla.; two step-daughters, Toni Callahan and Diane Fuller both of Fla.; two brothers, Truman Jr. and James Backus of Mount Upton, N.Y.; a sister, Valeria Tamalawiscz of Oxford, N.Y.; and a dear friend, John Kearns of Honey Brook. There are 23 grandchildren and2 great-grandsons.

A memorial service was to be held on Thursday, August 13 at 2 p.m. at The Labs Funeral Home, Inc., 141 Pequea Ave., Honey Brook. Interment was to be private at the convenience of the family at the Mount Upton Cemetery.
