The Fleetwood Lions Club and the Fleetwood Grange co-sponsored the 54th annual Senior Citizens Banquet at the Fleetwood Grange Hall in November 2018.

The banquet is held each year and is to honor the senior citizens for their lifetime contributions they have made to our community. Honored were the couple married the longest, Mary and Lee Hill, who have been married for 62 years; the oldest woman, Elsie Seaman, 100 years old; and the oldest man, Elwood Rothenberger, who is 95 years old.

Attendees were treated to a family style ham dinner and musical entertainment by the “Sixty 30” band. The members of the Fleetwood Grange prepared the meal and it was served by members of the Eastern Berks 4-H Dairy Club.
